The Energy Systems & Technologies Benchmarking Association (ESTBA™), brings together information systems professionals from a the utilities and energy industries to conduct targeted studies on issues related to improving the performance and effectiveness of Information Systems organizations. Group studies target operations, procurement, development and maintenance in different environments (including mainframe, client server and personal computing network environments). Subgroups look at the effectiveness of purchased software and implementation best practices.
To identify "Best in Class" energy systems and technology business processes, which, when implemented, will lead member companies to exceptional performance.

The Benchmarking Network, Inc. is an international resource for business process research and metrics. We lead studies with over 140,000 process leaders in over 165 countries. We provide benchmarking training and research to individual companies, professional and trade associations, and industry and process based groups.
